About this trip

Friday<ul><li>Connect with the vendors at Park Vista Hotel during the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.crescentskicouncil.org/docs.ashx?id=1594201">Meet &amp; Greet</a> from 5:00-7:00 PM.</li></ul>Saturday<ul>
<li>Choose from a guided hike in the Smokies at 9:00 AM or a free Ole Smokey Moonshine Tasting &amp; Tour at 2:15 PM.</li>
<li>Explore the Vendor Trade Show at Glenstone Lodge from 5:00-7:00 PM.</li>
<li>Wear your Halloween costumes for the DJ/Dance Party from 7:00-10:00 PM.</li>
</ul>

Social Activities

You'll need to book your own lodging directly with Glenstone Lodge. Glenstone requires payment for the first night when you book; the remaining balance is due at check-in. You can book an extra night on Thursday if you'd like to arrive early and explore Gatlinburg on your own.  <ul>

Lodging Information

You must be a club member to attend this trip. An annual single membership is only $30, or you can purchase a household membership for $50. <a target="_blank" href="https://charlotteskiandsnowboardclub.com/join-us">CLICK HERE TO JOIN OR RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP.</a>Club members may bring guests. Add "Guest of (your name)" in the notes section when you register for them and pay their fees.

Conference Schedule and Meetings

The Smoky Mountain National Park requires parking passes. <a target="_blank" href="https://www.recreation.gov/activitypass/AP2510">Purchase a $5 daily parking pass or a $15 weekly pass</a>. You can also purchase a <a target="_blank" href="https://smokieslife.org/product/annual-parking-tag/">$40 annual pass</a>.
