Join us for the 2025 Crescent Ski Council Fall Conference, set against the vibrant backdrop of fall in the Great Smoky Mountains! This year's event returns to the scenic Glenstone Lodge in historic Gatlinburg, Tennessee, offering a perfect blend of business, socializing, and outdoor adventure.

Whether you're a ski enthusiast, club officer, racer, or just love the mountains, the Fall Conference is the place to be! You'll connect with members from 18 ski clubs across the Southeast, enjoy informative sessions, meet exciting vendors, and experience the best of East Tennessee in peak fall color.

Friday

• Connect with the vendors at Park Vista Hotel during the Meet & Greet from 5:00-7:00 PM.

Saturday

• Choose from a guided hike in the Smokies at 9:00 AM or a free Ole Smokey Moonshine Tasting & Tour at 2:15 PM.

• Explore the Vendor Trade Show at Glenstone Lodge from 5:00-7:00 PM.

• Wear your Halloween costumes for the DJ/Dance Party from 7:00-10:00 PM.

You'll need to book your own lodging directly with Glenstone Lodge. Glenstone requires payment for the first night when you book; the remaining balance is due at check-in. You can book an extra night on Thursday if you'd like to arrive early and explore Gatlinburg on your own.

You must be a club member to attend this trip. An annual single membership is only $30, or you can purchase a household membership for $50. CLICK HERE TO JOIN OR RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Club members may bring guests. Add "Guest of (your name)" in the notes section when you register for them and pay their fees.

Club officers and committee chairs will meet to discuss Crescent trips, racing, and administrator best practices.

The Smoky Mountain National Park requires parking passes. Purchase a $5 daily parking pass or a $15 weekly pass. You can also purchase a $40 annual pass.
